#WorldSuicidePreventionDay

viral social media trend
There are so many beautiful reasons to keep living sweet friend. Today is "World Suicide Prevention Day". 800.000 people commit suicide each year.. 1 every 40 seconds. I opened up about my disorder, my attempt, and the aftermath. Hope it helps someone. Share our tips on what you can do right now, if you're feeling suicidal. I don't mean to brag, but there's people out there that would be sad if I took my life, so thank you for caring. Today is all about knowing the warning signs for suicide and how to get help can help save lives. You are not alone. You are loved. You are beautiful. You are worth it.

What are you doing to bring awareness and reach out to everyone? To anyone who is having suicidal thoughts, I'm here for you, you're worth it and you're beautiful I love you. You are loved & needed in this world. If someone you know is struggling, reach out.the world is a better place with you in it. Be brave, stand up, speak out. There's always an ear out there listening. You're not alone. Please don't ever feel alone. There is help and you are loved/wanted. Take a deep breath. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to die. But I'm still here. And so are you. Keep breathing. Sometimes life gets really hard. But stay strong because it gets better. I promise.

Someone dies from suicide every 40 seconds. We need to work together and decrease the stigma of suicide. I thought that this figure must be wrong, but am shocked to find it isn't.  You are strong and you will get through this, but never stop fighting. NOTHING is worse than someone thinking their life is not worth living...you are not alone, please ask for help.
Talking OPENLY about mental health ISN'T attention seeking. The hashtag #WorldSuicidePreventionDay is a viral social media trend on Twitter..It's not a fashion trend. Your thoughts, your feelings, they all matter. You matter! There are people who care Im one of them. Depression is not easy nor is the impulse of suicide but it will pass. I'm so glad I fought through the dark times. My life is so happy now and I never thought I'd be able to say that. Stay you, stay beautiful. You are more than your mental illness. Your problems and feelings are valid. You are LOVED.
